Honey Bean Chili

Comfort food gone nutritious!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey (optional)
1 cup diced celery
1 cup onion
1 cup tomatoes puree
20 oz reduced sodium kidney beans
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 top Chili powder
1/4 cup honey

Through ingredients in pot and cook on low 2 to 4 hours. Crook pot works too!   I usually quadruple the recipe and freeze the leftovers.
